My background is in body building and I’ve been training seriously for 15 years but I have memories of throwing my Granddad’s barbell around from as early as 7 years old, so weight training has been part of my life for nearly 40 years.

My qualifications:

  • Registered Qualified Personal Trainer
  • ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach
  • Metafit & MetaPRO Qualified Coach

My personal fitness philosophy is that you can’t look at training in isolation.

There are 4 pillars of peak performance:
  1. Training
  2. Nutrition
  3. Recovery, and
  4. Mindset/psychology
Each must be addressed for optimal performance and health. If one is weak the whole system is weak.
