LesMills Group Fitness Class Timetable



Classes are approximately 55 minutes and suitable for all fitness levels | Open to members & non-members | Bookings are required via the Gym Master app for members | Non-members are to book in advance directly with the gym.

Description of each class: 

Body Pump: A total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Works all the major groups of your body using weights to awesome music. 

Body Combat: This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. An addictive mix of kick boxing, karate and self defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong and confident. 

Combo Challenge: A combination of all your favourite Les Mills workouts for that ultimate challenge. 

Body Balance: You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Circuit: Circuit class is a style of workout where you work through several exercise stations targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength, endurance and your cardio respiratory system
